What’s Cassidy Been Up To Lately?

I’ve been a very busy girl lately! Here’s some of what’s been going on in my world:

————————————————

A New Name!

Not only have I taken on the new alter-ego Ashlyn Barré for my sweet romances, I’ve been knee-deep in rewrites, edits, new book covers, major website overhauls, interviews and writing new books!

A New Website!

Ashlyn has a new website at: http://www.ashlynbarre.com and is on MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter.

 A New Cover!

September's Gold by Ashlyn Barré. A romantic time travel novel set in the California Gold Rush.

A New Release!

Ashlyn’s first book September’s Gold is coming out this September with Rosa Romance!

September’s Gold is coming out in e-book first, and in print afterwards!

(previously published as Sometimes In September by Cassidy McKay — it’s gone through a huge expansion and complete rewrites. I hope you’ll like it!)

A New Interview!

I’ve also just been interviewed by Rosa Romance!

They’ve asked me some wonderful probing questions (and let’s face it: who doesn’t like to be probed?).

See the interview on their website here.

A Wonderful New Review!

My seasonal erotic paranormal romance A Candle in the Window has just been reviewed by TwoLips Reviews! In these hot summer days, a holiday romance is just the thing to whet your whistle and cool you down by thinking of winter things, while warming your heart with love and your nether regions with nookie! See what TwoLips has to say about the book, and then pick up your copy today at Cobblestone Press!

New contracts!

I’ve signed The Midas Touch and Summer Storm (currently being rewritten and expanded under Ashlyn Barré as Breaking the Storm) with Rosa Romance Publishing.

I’m definitely looking forward to what the rest of the year has to bring.  How about you?
